Expectations between “The Barn Chick” and Clientele:
· Clear instructions on procedure in regards to services offered- written and detailed instructions are best to avoid any confusion. Maps are highly valued from new clients as these will be referred to often to ensure our services are meeting your horses needs.
· If the service required is more than 2 weeks in advance, The Barn Chick requires confirmation of the service no more than a week prior to the service commencing to ensure clear transfer of information regarding services offered i.e. any changes to the feeding of the horse or paddock location and times for services being carried out
· Prompt payment after services have been rendered- See Payment below for more information
· Professional and courteous behaviour- abuse physically and mentally will not be tolerated
· Horses will be cared for rain, hail and shine. However, if the horse proves to be deemed ‘too dangerous’ to perform the service i.e. rug a horse that is unable to be handled or caught by kicking and rearing, the owner shall be contacted and informed that the service was unable to be completed.
The Barn Chick will endeavour to the best of her ability to complete all services and allows additional half hour blocks for these more difficult cases- it is not the responsibility of The Barn Chick to train your horse basic handling. This is best done by a professional trainer which can be recommended to you free of charge of whom would be best suitable by The Barn Chick.
· The Barn Chick accepts no responsibility or liability for the outcomes of any recommendations made regarding a 3rd party such as a trainer or other equine professional.
· Clients have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Risk Waiver and Privacy Policy set out by The Barn Chick prior to engaging The Barn Chick in their services.
